In 2026, IRCC statistics reveal that almost 315,000 work permits are expiring by March 2026. Therefore, an applicant will need to explore all available options if they wish to continue working in Canada. One such option can be the Francophone Mobility Work Permit.

We can assist you with filing an application if you have a willing employer and meet the following requirements:1.

1. You meet the general requirements to be issued a work permit such as ability to leave Canada when your permit expires, have enough funds, be in good health and no criminal or security concerns.

2. You must plan to live and work in any province or territory outside of Quebec

3. Have French speaking and listening skills at intermediate level (NCLC Level 5)

4. Have an LMIA-Exempt Job Offer from an employer under any Teer NOC code (0,1,2,3,4 or 5)

You employer must be willing to submit an official offer of employment through IRCC’s Employer Portal and pay a $230 compliance fee. They should also be willing to share their business information and participate in any future compliance inspections.

Q/A:

1. Any job is eligible for Francophone Mobility Work Permit?

Yes, job offer in any Teer NOC code is eligible except for occupations in primary agriculture in Teer 4 and 5. The program focuses on your ability to speak French and willingness of Employer to give you a qualifying job offer.

2. Do you assist Employers as well?
